SM Development Corporation’s (SMDC) Wind Residences in Tagaytay recently opened its showroom at the Mall of Asia South Wing, 2nd floor bridge way connecting to SMX.
The opening event was graced by Sandro Vicente P. Javier, project director for Wind; Joseph Anthony G. Teves, sales director, and Monica Sarmiento, interior designer of Inspired Interiors. The event showcased exquisitely-designed model units at 26, and 31-sqm, with large windows for residents to enjoy the view of Tagaytay’s lush surroundings. A ribbon-cutting ceremony ushered guests into the white hall. The walls are adorned with curves and geometric greens, as a live string quartet played in the background.
Located along Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, Maharlika West, Tagaytay City, Wind Residences is a 15.5-hectare development that comes in nine, 20-level towers surrounded by gardens complemented by verdant, hilly terrain.
Offering unit owners and visitors a nice visual retreat of Taal volcano and lake, the new community will give spectacular vista with exquisite interiors especially for its grand lobbies plus amenities that include a concierge and housekeeping services.
Commercial spaces at the upper ground floor provide leisure facilities such as a playground, swimming pools, badminton and basketball courts, a clubhouse, and a function room. Moreover, residential units may be leased according to the owner’s terms and conditions.
