MANILA, Philippines – After celebrating a decade of growth as a leading developer of quality-crafted residential projects, DMCI Homes enters its 10th year by expanding to other areas in the metro and reaching out to the market of young, Filipino families with modest income.
The company’s latest project is also their first to rise in Pasay City. Dubbed as La Verti Residences, the two-tower, high-rise community will offer the signature DMCI Homes advantages that have established its reputation in the industry as a reliable provider of medium-density, resort-type communities with open spaces, first-rate amenities, and building features.
As residents and upgraders of Taguig, Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Las Pinas, and Paranaque can attest, a DMCI Homes development in Pasay City shall rise as a well-admired address that will carry the company’s brand of quality. The new project’s location puts it right along Donada Street on the west and Taft Avenue on the east.
Reynaldo Salazar, director for business development, said that the former owners of the property decided to sell to DMCI Homes because they recognize the company’s mission as a builder-developer.
“We explained to them our mission which is to help young families to be able to afford a lot in Manila. The Pasay (Taft) Manila area has a number of condominium developments catering to students, foreigners, and the investors, but most of them are studio and one-bedroom unit types. These projects usually offer commercial components but are limited when it comes to open spaces and amenities. In effect, the residents have to endure the constrictive effects of urban living,” Salazar noted.
The high-rise towers will reach to 41 stories each – 35 floors of which will be devoted to residential units with six levels allotted for parking. A mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units will be offered for a competitive price range of P1.8 to P5 million.
The studio unit with balcony is at 24 sqm, the one-bedroom is at 31 sqm, the two-bedroom is at 48 sqm, and the three-bedroom end unit is at 66 sqm.
The two towers however will comprise only 40 percent of the building footprint. The rest is reserved for the open spaces to be composed of resort-type ground-level amenities including a swimming pool, basketball court, tree court, gazebos, and other leisure features.
La Verti Residences will target young professionals and start-up couples, including upgraders from the area. The project will emerge as the first to offer a viable and ideal residential option for families looking to upgrade to a new home in the area. Aside from the lock-up-and-go lifestyle, the development will offer the exclusivity and security, as a fully-gated community.
DMCI Homes is a Triple A builder-developer.
