SMDC designs home for young professionals

SM Development Corporation (SMDC) recently introduced an innovative residential condominium project that caters to young professionals. Located at the South Triangle area of Quezon City, SMDC’s My Place offers an affordable option to enjoy independent living to the hard-working young professionals previously untapped by other development projects.

“My Place was designed with the lifestyle needs and income of young earners in mind,” said Imee Landicho, SMDC project director. “Our payment schemes can run as low as P7,000 a month, an affordable price for independence. Designed by architect Albert Yu of Asya Design, the development will have four towers, each with 23 stories of residential units and two floors of commercial spaces. Buyers can choose from a 20 sqm studio, 28 sqm studio with garden, 28 sqm one-bedroom, and 40 sqm two-bedroom units. With the “My Place, My Design” concept, each unit can be easily personalized according to the resident’s taste, from the perfect floor tiles to the softest bed.

Bounded by Panay Avenue and Mother Ignacia St., this new project is accessible via main roads, thus offering mobility to its residents who will have the option to take the MRT, bus or taxi. It is also close to major BPO offices, two of the top TV networks, banks, schools, malls, restaurants, and other establishments to fulfill the 24/7 needs of its residents.

My Place is designed to cater to the unique 24/7 lifestyle of the young professionals. Its well-planned amenities include non-stop Wi-Fi connectivity, its own Save More Supermarket, Chillscape Garden Lounges, swimming pools and jogging paths. Sea Residences launches Phase 3

SM Development Corporation (SMDC) launched Phase 3 of Sea Residences, a tropical haven in the midst of the country’s biggest mall, in a grand event with SMDC executives, sales managers, and guests enjoying the festivity filled with good food and wine, music and fireworks display.

MANILA, Philippines - Field Residences, the latest project of SM Development Corporation (SMDC), recently marked another milestone with the opening of its grand clubhouse at Sucat, Paranaque. With this exciting facility now ready, Field Residences is set to fulfill its promise to future residents to provide that suburban sanctuary in the city.

The special occasion was attended by the top executives of SMDC, including Henry Sy, Jr., vice chairman and chief executive officer; Roger Cabunag, president and chief operating officer; Efren L. In his welcome remarks assistant vice president and project director of Field Residences Gilbert Ang expressed pride over SMDC’s commitment to delivery, “A year and a half ago, this was just raw land. Today, we have achieved our initial delivery – the clubhouse opening and soon we will begin the turnover of units in the first tower. We hope that through these milestones, we have satisfied the discerning tastes of residents.”
