The special occasion was attended by the top executives of SMDC, including Henry Sy, Jr., vice chairman and chief executive officer; Roger Cabunag, president and chief operating officer; Efren L. Tan, vice president for Sales; and Bernadette Ramos, assistant vice president for Marketing. Representativ es from SMDC’s partners such as Terp Asia Construction Corporation, Sincere Construction Corporation, Soy Mei, Inspired Interiors, SP Castro and Associates, and Asya Design Partners, also joined the festivities.
In his welcome remarks assistant vice president and project director of Field Residences Gilbert Ang expressed pride over SMDC’s commitment to delivery, “A year and a half ago, this was just raw land. Today, we have achieved our initial delivery – the clubhouse opening and soon we will begin the turnover of units in the first tower. We hope that through these milestones, we have satisfied the discerning tastes of residents.”
The key officials of SMDC and its partners then led the wine toasting ceremony and the release of lanterns prepared to mark the celebration. The guests enjoyed a delicious buffet and were further entertained by a spectacular performance by The Tribal Fire Dancers and the Mulatto Band. They also had an exclusive preview of the Summer Collection of SM Department Store’s via a mini fashion show. Plus, a tour of the 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom model units gave them a taste of life in this exciting project, which would also include studio-type units.
